Jennifer was selected as fellow in the Academy for Innovative Higher Education Leadership sponsored by Arizona State University and Georgetown University for 2015-2016. The program is for those who want to lead organizational change at colleges and universities, and it is focused on applying design thinking to organizational innovation. The six-month, design-based program, held November 2015 through June 2016, focuses on bringing ideas to practice, linking theory to applications, and scaling innovations in teaching, learning, leadership, finance, and technology that can transform higher education institutions.
